Lead integration, system, regression, and UAT validation
Drive structured defect triage, root cause analysis, and prevention initiatives
Perform advanced API testing and database validation
Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks (API & UI)
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Establish and monitor quality metrics, including: Test coverage ; Defect leakage ; Regression stability ; Release readiness
Mentor and develop QA Engineers
Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and tooling
Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers, DevOps, and Solution Design teams
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of software QA experience
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC principles
Proven experience in API testing (REST, JSON, microservices, and Git-based workflow)
Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation frameworks
Strong SQL skills for data validation
Automation coding experience (C#, Java, or Python is preferred)
Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
Experience with backend-intensive or enterprise systems
Exposure to Playwright, Appium, .NET, NUnit, or performance testing tools is a plus
Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., NBomber, JMeter), basic understanding of security testing principles, and experience working within microservices architecture are preferred.
