Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the areas of interior design, architecture engineering, civil engineering.
- Energetic and polished individual with prior experience working with government.
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction from scratch. 5-star hotel and/or luxury residential experience is a must!
- Prior experience managing successful projects with values ranging from IDR 5B IDR 10B +
- Experience with high-end architectural + millwork packages.
- Prior experience leading and overseeing multiple concurrent projects (34 projects at a time), with proven ability to delegate and manage Project Managers and Site Managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of the project from beginning to the end, including Budget Plan & Cost (RAB), schedules, work methods, manpower, and materials.
- Ensure the Budget Plan and Cost (RAB) are in accordance with the approved budget.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and site issues, and conduct evaluation, supervision, and reporting.
- Oversee and evaluate the work of Project Managers and Site Managers.
- Perform overall evaluation of project implementation.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection from clients.
