Job Description:
- Responsible for building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with multiple website development clients.
- Responsible for understanding website requirement including structure, features, CMS, and basic performance considerations, and resolving issues that may affect website deliverables.
- Communicate accurate, clear, and timely information related to website scope, timeline, and revisions to clients and internal project teams.
- Monitor website project timelines, milestones, and development progress, including coordination with client representatives.
- Support business development and project teams to ensure smooth website planning, development, and delivery.
- Lead internal and external website project progress meetings and be responsible for preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Assign website-related tasks to team members (design, development, content, QA), track progress, and ensure all necessary follow-ups are completed
- Have a general understanding of website best practices, performance, and basic analytics to support project quality
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills with strong critical and strategic thinking
- Highly responsive, proactive, and a strong problem solver
- Able to communicate clearly, confidently, and in a timely manner with clients and internal teams
- Strong ability to influence, align, and negotiate with clients and cross-functional project teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple website projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and guide project teams effectively
- Willing to work in a hybrid system based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Able to join immediately (under 1 week notice)
Able to work onsite (2 times/week)
