Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Denpasar for a Senior Project Architect. The Senior Project Architect will oversee the architectural design process, manage project teams, and ensure timely delivery of all project phases. Responsibilities include preparing design documents, reviewing submittals, providing expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), and ensuring adherence to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards. This role also involves collaborating with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture and Project Management.
- Experience with Submittals and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and sustainable design practices.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams, manage project timelines, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Professional registration as an architect or progress toward licensure is preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong communication and leadership skills for managing teams and engaging with clients.
