Senior Production Associate (Printing)

Responsibilites :

• Supervise and coordinate the entire production process, ensuring that production goals are met on time.
• Allocate tasks to team members based on production schedules and capacities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that products meet company and industry standards.
• Investigate and resolve production quality issues in a timely manner.
• Schedule and manage shifts, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of production outputs, defects, and downtime.
• Ensure all products are high quality according to brand standard

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience as Production Lead (handle textile printing process)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address production issues quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn and open for opportunity to grow.
• Willing to be placed in our Factory located in Subang, West Java.
