BFI Finance is seeking experienced and talented Senior Product Owners to join our team. Our squads leverage Agile methodologies to deliver innovative digital solutions at pace.
Responsibilities :
- Formulate measurable goals of a digital product and further distill them into user requirements
- Manage the needs of internal stakeholders by facilitating problem-solving sessions to resolve any conflicts
- Create development roadmap of a digital product in collaboration with Squad Leader, Technical Lead, and Scrum Master that is aligned with business objectives and technical & other constraints
- Conduct impact analysis for all product features requested based on user requirements independent
- In collaboration with squad leader to translate the product vision into measurable product goals, and to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- In collaboration with squad leader and the Technical Lead to define the product roadmap and timeline that satisfy the business needs and the technical constraints
- In collaboration with stakeholders, capture the complete user requirements (e.g., process & data flows) and validate them before implementation starts
Requirement :
- Min. 10 years direct experience in product ownership or product management in the development of software products
- Ability to think strategically with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to breakdown complex problems into quantifiable actionable items
- Experienced in defining product features and epics, writing user stories, and managing product backlog
- Experienced with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Miro, etc.
- Prior experience working with Agile SCRUM method
- Basic understanding of SQL queries is a plus
- Certification in product ownership or product management is a plus
