Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a talented, endlessly curious individual to join our team. You'll be working closely with our group of companies in the fintech sector as part of the Engineering department. This company is a leading B2B fintech platform in its field, processing over US$2B across multiple currencies annually. We're looking for individuals who are driven to create meaningful value, take full ownership of what they build, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Use data-driven decision-making and customer discovery efforts to optimize platform performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure the platform's scalability to handle increasing transaction volumes.
• Oversee compliance with payment regulations, security standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
• Proven track record of delivering digital products or platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage workflows across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong understanding of payment gateways, APIs, and fintech ecosystems.
• Experience scaling products in high-growth environments.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, priorities tasks effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
