We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (5+ years of experience) to lead a core vertical and drive our AI-enabled product roadmap at Paper.id.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving the product strategy from idea to launch. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and validate product viability before investing in development.
Skills & Qualification
- Experience: 5+ years of PM experience, preferably within the Fintech domain
- AI-Native Workflow: Deep familiarity with using Claude and other Large Language Models (LLMs) to accelerate discovery, spec writing, and prototyping
- Problem-First Mindset: Proven track record of using discovery frameworks to pivot or kill ideas early
- Analytical Rigor: Ability to define success metrics and use data to drive product decisions
- Communication: Exceptional at articulating the Why to stakeholders and the How to engineers
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product strategy from idea to launch
- Product Discovery: Strong understanding of Marty Cagan's Inspired principles and ability to conduct deep customer interviews and experiments to identify high-value problems
- Ai Integration: Ability to design and deploy AI-driven features that automate complex financial workflows
Responsibilities
- Continuous Discovery: Conduct deep customer interviews and experiments to identify high-value problems, validating value and viability before investing in development
- Product Strategy: Define the where to play and how to win for the product vertical, working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs
- Ai Integration: Design and deploy AI-driven features that automate complex financial workflows, leveraging expertise in Claude and other LLMs
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering and design to build products that are feasible, usable, and viable, driving product strategy from idea to launch
- Communication: Articulate the Why to stakeholders and the How to engineers, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization
- Metrics-Driven Decision Making: Use data to drive product decisions, defining success metrics and analyzing results to inform future product development
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business success
