Senior Product Manager (Remote, Indonesia)
We're partnering with Our Client, an impact-driven AgTech SaaS company building transparent and inclusive global agri-commodity supply chains.
Their platform helps procurement and sustainability teams verify field data against regulatory and voluntary sustainability frameworks shifting decision-making from guesswork to evidence-based risk mitigation.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for a core product system responsible for running proprietary methodologies across complex tabular and geospatial datasets.
What You'll Own:
- Define and drive product vision and roadmap for a technically complex system
- Lead end-to-end product discovery (user interviews, analytics, domain input, JTBD)
- Translate complex regulatory and geospatial requirements into clear, buildable product requirements
- Decompose large initiatives into structured, executable increments
- Own backlog prioritization and success metrics
- Act as the bridge between Engineering, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ensure commercial alignment and measurable customer/business impact
- Enable Sales & Customer Success ahead of releases
Must-Have Requirements:
We are specifically looking for someone who demonstrates:
- 5+ years as a Product Manager in technically complex environments
- Experience owning product strategy and roadmap (not just delivery execution)
- Strong background in engineering, system analysis, or technical business analysis
- Proven experience working with backend, data, or platform teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Exceptional, structured verbal communication (senior-level English fluency is essential)
- Ability to independently lead initiatives without heavy mentoring
- Strong stakeholder management in remote, cross-cultural teams
- Demonstrated use of data and user research to drive decisions
- Comfort operating in fast-paced startup/scale-up environments
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and strong initiative
This role requires a Senior PM who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and operate autonomously.
