About the Role

This role leads the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution for Mitra Bukalapak products to drive sustainable business growth and revenue. You will own the product roadmap, translate complex market dynamics and SME pain points into high-impact solutions, and align executive stakeholders across product, engineering, data, design, and commercial teams. Beyond delivering features, you will champion product excellence, mentor mid/junior PMs, and drive measurable outcomes that empower millions of Mitra across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Mitra Bukalapak, aligning directly with long-term business P&L and revenue milestones.
• Lead, manage, and mentor cross-functional product squads and direct reports (Product, UX, Content, Admin, and Research) to build, launch, and scale mission-critical products with high velocity and quality.
• Serve as the trusted strategic partner to executive and business leaders, communicating product vision, trade-offs, and prioritization transparently.
• Uncover deep user insights through structured discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to formulate clear PRDs, product specs, and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish north-star metrics and OKRs for the product domain; continuously track funnel performance, unit economics, and user retention to drive optimization and iterations.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, and Field Operations teams to ensure successful product rollouts, adoption, and operational readiness.
• Foster a high-performance product culture by providing direct people management and mentorship to junior-to-mid level Product Managers, setting best practices for product discovery, documentation, career growth, and agile execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of owning and scaling products from conception to maturity.
• Strong mandatory domain experience in Digital Financial Services/Fintech/FSI (Financial Services Industry), with additional exposure to B2B platforms, O2O (online-to-offline), SME tech, or large-scale e-commerce highly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable business impact (e.g., revenue growth, GMV, user retention, operational cost reduction).
• Deep experience with product analytics stacks (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, SQL, Tableau/Metabase) to conduct cohort analysis, funnel tracking, and experimentation (A/B testing).
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presence, capable of influencing senior leadership and aligning diverging team priorities.
• Solid experience in product discovery, customer empathy frameworks, and agile/scrum methodologies.
• Proven capability in mentoring team members and establishing product standards across functional groups.
