Job Description

• Drive commercial impact by ensuring product initiatives align with business growth, customer needs, and operational goals.
• Lead the planning and execution of product initiatives, ensuring clear priorities, effective delivery, and strong outcomes.
• Own product performance and profitability, including key metrics, product roadmap, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand Finfra's platform through new partnerships, use cases, and adjacent services within the fintech ecosystem.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas and opportunities into clear, actionable product solutions.
• Enhance the customer experience through data-driven decision-making, customer insights, and continuous iteration.
• Lead product discovery with partners through interviews and feedback to ensure solutions address real customer and market needs.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation across all areas of ownership.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within fintech, payments, lending, or related financial services.
• Proven track record of building and launching impactful products in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Strong platform-first mindset, with experience building products that connect multiple partners, users, or use cases rather than single-purpose solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian fintech ecosystem; experience across Asian or international markets is a plus.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking, with the ability to translate business opportunities and customer needs into clear product strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
• Proactive and accountable, with the ability to work independently and take ownership from discovery through execution.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
