What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a
Senior Product Designer who will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless, intuitive, and impactful digital experiences. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, strong UX expertise, and polished UI execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and research to final UI delivery
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and pain points
- Translate research insights into clear user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Define and implement the UX strategy to ensure product decisions are user-centered and aligned with business goals
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product goals and deliver high-quality design solutions
- Advocate for user-centered design principles while balancing business and technical constraints
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the company
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably within SaaS or B2B platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, research methodologies, and UI expertise in complex digital products
- Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to guide design decisions
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Experience in creating and managing design systems at scale
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration within cross-functional product teams
