Senior Procurement Specialist

Responsible

• Support the development and execution of procurement strategies aligned with corporate and project requirements.
• Manage day-to-day procurement activities including sourcing, vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract administration.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with approved budgets and specifications.
• Identify, evaluate, and maintain a qualified supplier base to ensure continuity of supply and competitive pricing.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal commercial terms, service levels, and risk mitigation.
• Support cost-saving initiatives, value engineering, and spend optimization programs.
• Review purchase requests, purchase orders, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support digitalization and process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and transparency.

Qualfication

• Bachelor's degree any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in retail industries.
• Having experience handling IT Product or Marketing area
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with procurement systems is an advantage.
• High integrity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• English is a must.
