Conduct comprehensive assessments and redesign end-to-end workflows within BBS, ACBS, and E-commerce to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Identify and implement automation opportunities in collaboration with IT teams to drive ERP-enabled efficiencies and digital integration.
Oversee ERP migration initiatives for Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems with minimal disruption.
Develop and track performance metrics to evaluate process efficiency, monitor transformation outcomes, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in process transformation, internal audit, marketing, advertising, communications, or related functions, ideally within a dynamic or cross-functional environment.
Comprehensive understanding of marketing, advertising, and communications processes, with strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
Proven expertise in process automation, data-driven performance improvement, and operational optimization within marketing or communication frameworks.
Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to drive collaboration across teams and influence key business decisions through data insights and process excellence.
