Job Description:
- Establishing, updating, reviewing, and executing PCP (Process Control Plan)
- Analyzing quality issue/problem and making a judgment for the current issue/problem promptly
- Develop report and regularly Inform current issue/problem update to all concerned stakeholders
- Defining the proper corrective action to avoid the same problem in the future including the preventive actions
- Training the Line Inspector/ Acting Line Inspector to perform control on production line accordance to PQCP (Process Quality Control Plan) and PCP
- Deciding a proper judgment with concerned department on the status of products, process, and process facilities according to qualification procedure.
- Making a right judgment of the customer complaints and/or Corrective actions consequence.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions and follow up the action until closure.
- Organize continuous audits for manufacturing process to propose new improvements and push the actions plan to be implemented
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent Mandatory
- Experience in process quality in manufacturing minimum 5 years
- Able to read Electronics Schematic and Mechanical Drawing
- Has knowledge in FMEA and 8D Reports
- Able to do Failure Analysis
- Certified on Six Sigma Green Belt is preferable
- Good in English both written and spoken
- Good in communication and collaboration
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel
