Senior Process Engineer (E-Cigarette)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Lead process optimization projects to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

2.Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

3.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers.

4.Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams for process development.

5.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.

6.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Process Engineering.

2.8+ years of process engineering experience in manufacturing, tobacco industry experience preferred.

3.Strong knowledge of process optimization, statistical analysis, and lean tools (e.g., Six Sigma).

4.Proven leadership and project management skills.

5.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

6.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

7.Good in English
