Develop and implement operational strategies and management systems to ensure smooth trial production, ramp-up, and daily operations of production lines, while formulating countermeasures for critical issues.
Oversee and coordinate the overall process technology management for the electrode slurry mixing to slitting stages within the Cell production line.
Develop, optimize, and maintain all standard process documentation and technical specifications.
Lead process capability analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for the mixing to slitting processes.
Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for major abnormalities occurring in the mixing to slitting section.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in process engineering within lithium-ion battery cell manufacturing, with deep expertise in electrode (slurry mixing, coating, calendaring, slitting) processes.
Proven experience in process development, documentation, and leading continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as DOE, SPC, and FMEA.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage projects and drive improvements.
Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to battery manufacturing.
