Role Overview

As an essential part of your role, you will be directly responsible for the strategic planning, meticulous launch, continuous optimization, and comprehensive reporting of all paid digital marketing campaigns. This encompasses a broad spectrum of platforms, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), paid social media advertising, and display network campaigns.

Furthermore, a significant component of this position involves cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as a key liaison, working closely with the Content Team to ensure ad copy aligns with broader content strategy and audience messaging, the Design Team to create compelling and high-converting visual assets and landing page experiences, the Web Maintenance Team to troubleshoot and implement necessary technical improvements on landing pages for optimal speed and tracking, and the Lead Nurturing Teams (including Sales and CRM specialists) to refine lead scoring, hand-off processes, and ensure the delivered leads are of high quality.

The overarching goal of this collaborative effort is to continuously analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to significantly enhance both the lead quality generated through paid channels and the overall conversion rates from initial click/impression to a qualified lead or paying customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly optimisation:
  • search term hygiene and negative keyword management

  • lead quality feedback loop with lead nurturing team
  • Reporting:
  • weekly optimisation notes (what changed and why)
  • monthly performance report with insights and next actions
  • Expansion:
  • propose experiments for TikTok, LinkedIn, RedNote and WhatsApp-first flows
  • Compliance and brand safety:
  • especially for healthcare and regulated messaging

Requirements

  • 4 6 years performance marketing experience
  • Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and measurement
  • Structured weekly optimisation discipline
  • Strong reporting and communication skills

Good To Have:

  • TikTok Ads experience
  • LinkedIn Ads experience (B2B)
  • RedNote platform familiarity for Chinese market
  • Experience with lead nurturing and sales operations integration
  • Experience with landing page conversion optimisation

What Success Looks Like (First 6090 Days):

  • Launches or stabilises campaigns across assigned accounts with clean tracking.
  • Implements weekly optimisation notes consistently.
  • Improves lead quality through search terms hygiene and better targeting.
  • Establishes a repeatable experimentation rhythm (2 tests per month).
  • Produces a strong monthly report that clearly shows decisions and improvements.
  • Meet the monthly set KPIs for the respective campaign for 90% or more campaigns.
