The Opportunity:
As Senior People Development, you will be part of the People Experience Team to drive employee retention through impactful culture initiatives and meaningful engagement programs, through targeted learning & development strategies.
This role blends creativity with data-driven decision-making, ensuring that every initiative not only inspires employees but also delivers measurable business outcomes—especially in improving retention, performance, and organizational capability.
What You Will Do:
- Translate company values into daily behaviors through actionable programs and rituals in forms of Learning and Engagement Events.
- Strengthen company alignment and enhance overall employee experience to ensure culture is consistently across teams, both Head Office or Clubs.
- Identify key drivers of turnover and implement focused engagement, culture, and development initiatives to improve retention.
- Design and execute high-impact engagement programs, and follow-up actions to improve employee satisfaction, belonging, and productivity.
- Develop and implement structured, needs-based learning initiatives that directly address capability gaps and improve individual and team performance.
- Analyze engagement, turnover, and performance data to generate insights, prioritize actions, and continuously improve program effectiveness.
- Work closely with managers to diagnose team challenges, improve employee experience, and build sustainable people practices within teams.
What We Need:
- 3–6 years of experience in HR, People Experience, L&D, or Organizational Development
- Proven track record in running engagement, culture, or learning programs
- Able to design engaging, innovative programs that resonate with employees
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into action
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
