About This Position

As a Senior Payroll Consultant, you will lead payroll engagements for multiple clients, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. You will manage project teams, oversee month-end and year-end activities, and review payroll procedures to maintain quality and compliance. Acting as a key client contact, you will resolve complex payroll issues and provide expert guidance. You will also mentor team members and support knowledge sharing on payroll, tax, and social security regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics majoring in Accounting with GPA min. 3,00 in scale of 4,00.
  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in related field.
  • In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience ensuring compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and social security regulations.
  • Understand BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions and processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, and other functions for payroll calculations.
  • Having experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex payroll calculations and resolve discrepancies.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing payroll data and ensuring precise calculations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with employees, management, and clients or external parties.
  • Ability to provide guidance and training to the Payroll Staff.
  • Candidates with Brevet A & B or USKP A certification are preferred.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and lead the project team to deliver high-quality services to clients within the defined scope of the engagement.
  • Interact with clients and team members during month-end, year-end closings, and other specific projects.
  • Review procedures in an organized, clear, and detailed manner to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify payroll service issues and provide effective solutions for clients.
  • Take responsibility for assigned tasks, including reviewing and ensuring the quality of the task.
  • Serve as a co-trainer in courses to develop both technical and soft skills of team members.
  • Share knowledge on new policies related to payroll, taxation, and social security.
