Job Description:

  • Identify potential operational risks that could disrupt business activities
  • Able to analyze root causes, potential consequences, and the likelihood of operational risks occurring
  • Identify areas of high risk and assist in developing proper SOP in mitigating risk issues
  • Establish relevant Operational Risk Management Manual, Policy, and SOP, and also maintain these will be up-to-date and practical
  • Review SPX SOP's and flag fraud/risk gaps and provide the quick-win and long-term improvement
  • Track and monitor progress of incident resolution
  • Coordinate with relevant functions and stakeholders to ensure closure and resolution of incidents
  • Monitor critical operational process to ensure smooth execution and identify anomalies
  • Implement controls to minimize risks
  • Lead for Business Continuity Management (BCM) Development
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to quickly resolve incidents and minimize impacts on business operations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business related Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, Logistic, Legal.
  • Experience 3-5 years working experience with
  • - Risk management / audit / internal control / legal
  • - Experienced in business continuity, risk management, logistics operations activities, or supply chain management is preferred
  • Familiarity with business continuity standards (e.g., ISO 22301) and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of logistics processes, operational risk management frameworks and methodologies, supply chain management and regulatory compliance
  • Experienced with industry tools and technologies, such as fleet management systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
  • Computer Skill literacy Google Workspace (G-Suit) / MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint / Canvas / Power BI
  • Proficiency in risk assessment tools, business continuity planning tools and data analysis software
