Job Title: Senior Network Delivery Engineer (FTTx & FWA Solutions) - ISP Network
Location: South Jakarta

Employment Type: 1 +1 year contract with following potential convert to permanent employee.
- Team Lead Level with 2 Subordinates
- Technical Solution Management: Responsible for technical solution communication and coordination with key accounts in the large enterprise industry, including Surge/Astra customer groups and ISP Fiber star.
- Technical Risk Management: Responsible for solution reviews, identifying service delivery risks, proactively organizing product engineers to identify customer business pain points, respond quickly, and provide solutions.
- Issue Handling: Familiar with the issue handling process, and leads efforts to coordinate across various product domains to resolve issues quickly.
- Service Value Demonstration: Leverage pre-sales support and activities such as network monitoring to identify opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Have the capability of designing technical solution architectures and experience in delivering key projects. Be familiar with the IP RAN solution for backbone networks, SDN for data centers, and WLAN, SD-WAN, and firewall products and solutions for campuses. Be proficient in technologies such as MPLS, SRv6, VXLAN, and NCE-x.
- The following conditions are preferred: Have high-level professional certifications, such as CCIE/HCIE.
- Have strong communication skills.
- Have certain stress resistance capabilities and experience in team management.
