Senior Merchandiser (Apparel)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee endtoend bulk production processes to ensure ontime delivery and required quality standards.
• Manage bulk handovers, submissions, approvals, and followups with crossfunctional teams.
• Maintain and monitor TNA calendars to ensure all production timeline are consistently met.
• Report production issues promptly and drive effective problemsolving with vendors and internal teams.
• Communicate directly with customers on all bulkrelated matters, including progress status and risk alerts.
• Lead costing discussions and negotiate with manufacturers to achieve target cost and production efficiency.
• Troubleshoot all productionrelated challenges, ensuring smooth workflow and timely output.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors and external partners to support ongoing production operations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in garment / apparel merchandising, preferably from a trading environment.
• Strong product knowledge across Woven / Knits / Sweater categories.
• Experience working with the U.S. market is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of bulk production, TNA planning, and factory workflow.
• Independent, proactive, and solutionsdriven, with the ability to handle issues effectively under time pressure.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical capabilities.
• Selfmotivated with proven supervisory experience is preferred.
