Senior MEP Drafter

Job Description:

• Understanding Archipelago MEP Specification to implement it in all project
• Understand the MEP Design Concept and Design Criteria Created by the Engineer in every project, and then convert it into MEP Drawings.
• Create Layout of MEP space requirement based on design concept and direct Engineer guidance
• Create layout drawings following architect drawing, schematic drawing and design criteria
• Create Sectional and Elevation Drawings for specific areas as needed
• Create Detailed Drawings for equipment installation in utility room

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Can create technical drawings using AutoCAD MEP software
• Can make drawings of electrical and electronic system
• Can make drawings of ventilation and air conditioning system
• Can make drawings of plumbing and fire fighting system
• Can calculate the size of electrical cables, pipe sizes, and air ducting sizes
• Experienced working as MEP design drafter
• Experienced in making MEP Hotel drawings
• Working as a Drafter for 10 years, preferred
• English skills, minimum passive
