Senior Mechanical Engineer - RTO & HVAC Systems (Indonesia Region)

Essential Functions:

• Oversee Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) systems including installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, and perform repairs.
• Develop and enforce policies for environmental compliance and safety.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and generate reports for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement energy-saving measures.
• Develop SOPs for RTO systems and HVAC quality assurance.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with RTO systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of air pollution control technologies and regulations.
• Proficiency in quality assurance principles and data analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance.
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds.
