Job Description
- Design and Develop: Build and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.) based on client or internal requirements.
- Solution Architecture: Design scalable and maintainable technical architectures within the Odoo ecosystem.
- Integration: Develop APIs and integrate Odoo with third-party systems (payment gateways, logistics APIs, BI tools,
- Customization: Tailor Odoo&aposs core and community modules to meet specific business needs.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior developers; review code and enforce best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize database queries, business logic, and server-side operations for
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, QA teams, and end-users.
Qualifications
- Min. Vocational High School majoring in Engineering/IT
- Possess 3-6 years of experience as Software Engineer
- Strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript
- Experience with AWS/GCP/Alibaba Cloud and deployment on Linux environments
- Experience with third-party API integrations (REST, SOAP)
- Solid understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb, and XML
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and debugging skills to stakeholders
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile
