Senior Mechanical Engineer (Indonesia Region)

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement electrical preventive maintenance plans for process equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with PLCs, motors, sensors, wiring, robots, frequency converters, and servos.
• Resolve problems in computer systems (hardware and software).
• Manage and improve visual system issues involving circuits, CCDs, and software.
• Oversee selection and procurement of spare parts for electrical, computer, and visual systems.
• Develop and execute electrical skills enhancement programs for technicians.
• Conduct training sessions on current technology and safety standards.
• Diagnose and rectify safety-related issues.
• Analyze operational data to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, robotics, and visual systems.
• Experience in spare parts management and inventory control.
• Ability to develop and deliver technical training.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance.
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals of varied backgrounds.
