Senior Mechanical Engineer

Scope of Work:

• Responsible to reduce Lost Time Engineering to achieve high reliability of machine
• Plan & review of Preventive maintenance & improvement to prevent machine breakdown
• Handle project improvement and CAPEX regarding increasing Machine Runnability and Product Development
• Ensure spare part availability to support Maintenance operation
• Build team work & team competency by implement training program
• Encourage Mechanical team to perform continuous improvement in their regularly activity
• Organize housekeeping to ensure efficiency work, tidy place & safety on Mechanical Area

Requirement:

• S1 Graduate Mechanical Engineering
• Experience 7-10 years as Manager or Expert Engineering or Maintenance, preferred from Paper Industry
• Skill & knowledge on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, and have experience to handle project improvement
• Skill and knowledge on Mechanical Spare part or component, Bearing, Gear Box, Universal Joint, Hydraulic & Penumatic system
• Skill on Mechanical Drawing & Design using CAD Software
• Having knowledge & experience implemented Total Production Management (TPM) for Shopfloor
• Having ability to use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods
• Placement in Pindo Deli Karawang, West Java
