Role Description

We are looking for a VP Marketing to own and scale our end-to-end marketing strategy. This role is responsible for growth, brand, demand generation, and go-to-market execution, working closely with the CEO, Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams.

Qualifications

• Drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across digital channels
• Own key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, funnel efficiency
• Scale paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, partnerships) while maintaining efficiency
• Design and optimize growth funnels from awareness to conversion
• Establish a strong data-driven marketing culture
• Own dashboards, reporting, and insights using analytics and attribution tools
• Lead CRM, lifecycle marketing, and automation (email, WhatsApp, retargeting)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation
