Strong communication skills, commercial mindset and passion to serve our customers, excellent in negotiation skills and ability to readiness to travel in cross cultural countries in Asia Pacific and other continents as required. Able to work and handle high pressure situations.
Key Requirements
Degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering or relevant experience.
Strong technical knowledge of pulp mill recovery island and power plants.
Strong willingness to learn new technical skills and operations; and adapt new business environment
Excellent customer service background.
Fluent English, solid presentation skills.
Experiences in a multicultural / matrixed organization.
Desire and ability to travel frequently in Asia Pacific and globally if needed.
Capability to work remote and develop remote working methods.
Accelerate communication between regions and business units.
