Senior Manager, Recovery Sales and Services

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Recovery Sales and Services to Lead Recovery sales team in Asia Pacific Pulp, Energy and Circularity, PEC as well as managing Capital sales activities to achieve annual targets, and managing and developing Recovery Service capabilities in AP to achieve growth plan.

Location can be Indonesia (preferred) or India, local contract.

To Succeed In This Important Role, You Are

Engaged, self-motivated active team player with can do attitude with proven track record in driving growth and meeting sales targets. Create new sales opportunities together with customer and colleagues in Regions and Business units. Strong communication skills, commercial mindset and passion to serve our customers, excellent negotiation skills and ability to readiness to travel in cross cultural countries in Asia Pacific and other continents as required. Able to work and handle high pressure situations.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering or relevant experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge both technical and operations of pulp mill recovery island and power plants.
  • Knowledgeable Valmet technology
  • Broadly competitor status and view
  • Understand and can identify the issue to offer solution, troubleshooting knowledge
  • Process audit
  • Understand market situation, demand in the market, excellent customer service background.
  • Strong willingness to learn new technical skills and operations; and adapt to a new business environment
  • Fluent English, solid presentation skills.
  • Experiences in a multicultural / matrixed organization.
  • Desire and ability to travel frequently in Asia Pacific and globally if needed.
  • Capability to work remote and develop remote working methods.
  • Accelerate communication between regions and business units.
  • Experience of leading and developing teams.
