About the Role
We are looking for a senior people leader who will lead in designing and executing the company's Learning & Development strategy, activate and embed company culture into daily practices and systems, partner with the leadership team to strengthen leadership capability, talent development, and succession planning. You will be act as a coach, mentor, and trusted advisor for leaders and high-potential employees, strengthen our values across the organization.
What You'll Do
Learning & Development
- Develop and implement company-wide learning programs for technical, soft skills, and leadership capabilities.
- Leverage modern learning methods (digital, blended, coaching, workshops).
- Measure program effectiveness and link results to business performance.
- Guide leadership team in people development, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, team building, and regular alignment sessions.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders and high-potential talent.
Culture & Engagement
- Drive culture activation initiatives that embed company values in everyday behaviors.
- Partner with leaders to cascade values tin everyday work through day-to-day activities, storytelling and recognition programs.
- Monitor organizational health and recommend initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align people strategy with business growth.
What We're Looking for
- 8+ years of experience in People Development, L&D, or Organizational Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Demonstrated success in building L&D frameworks, leadership development, and culture activation.
- Proven ability to coach and influence senior leaders.
- Data-driven yet people-first, measuring impact while keeping empathy at the core.
- Comfortable in ambiguity, thrives in fast-paced environments, and always looking for creative solutions.
