business in Indonesia.
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end merchandising operations to ensure optimal inventory, forecasting
accuracy, and sell-through management (pricing, promotion, and allocation), enabling high
product availability, efficient stock turns, and strong sales performance across all channels.
This role acts as the bridge between Buyer and store execution, translating assortment into
sellable, available, and profitable inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead end-to-end merchandising operations across Dekoruma's retailnetwork (stores, hubs, and warehouses), driving inventory productivity, availability, and working capital efficiency
- Achieve zero stock-outs by improving forecasting logic across existing and new stores, hubs, and warehouses, ensuring accurate replenishment and procurement decisions
- Own Month of Stock (MOS) targets, making trade-offs across availability, lead times, working capital, warehouse capacity, and assortment mix
- Act as the control point for SKU performance, driving pricing, promotions, markdowns, and discontinuation proposals to balance inventory and optimize sell-through and margin
- Oversee procurement and inbound flow, ensuring purchase orders, lead times, and inbound shipments are aligned with forecast, MOS targets, and working capital constraints
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in merchandising operations, demand planning, or inventory management in a multi-SKU retail environment
- Proven experience managing end-to-end inventoryflow across stores and warehouse (preferably with hub / multi-node distribution)
- Background in furniture, large-format retail, or categories with long lead times is a strong advantage
Key Capabilities
- Strong in forecasting logic and inventory planning, with ability to define assumptions and calculations
- Solid understanding of MOS, sell-through, and working capital trade-offs
- Hands-on in driving SKU-level actions (pricing, promotions, markdowns, discontinuation)
