We Are Hiring: Senior Finance & Accounting Manager
PT Berca Mandiri Perkasa is seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to join our management team as a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager, with strong expertise in SAP system
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all Finance & Accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee cost control, costing analysis, and financial performance monitoring.
- Manage tax compliance and tax planning, including coordination with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls, risk management, and governance.
- Act as the key finance owner for SAP Business One, ensuring proper usage, data accuracy, and process integration.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Project Teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance & accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in industrial or manufacturing companies.
- Proven experience as a Senior Finance Manager / Finance & Accounting Manager.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, manufacturing costing, taxation, and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
