Job Overview:

ValueFirst Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our Digital Engagement and Cloud Communication business. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships across our Conversational AI Platform and Digital Engagement Campaigns using all communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new clients for Conversational AI Platform, WhatsApp Business solutions, and Digital Engagement Campaigns.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets and expand ValueFirsts client base with reputed brands.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals that deliver value for both the client and the company.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, gather competitive insights, and identify new opportunities to enhance product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent ValueFirst at industry events, conferences, and seminars to strengthen brand presence and network with key stakeholders.
  • Operate as an individual contributor, leveraging partnerships with agencies and sales networks to drive business growth.
  • Clearly articulate the companys value proposition through impactful proposals, presentations, and discussions with clients.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • 46 years of proven experience in digital media sales within the Digital/Internet industry; brand solution sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple objectives and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong network and established relationships with key decision-makers at top brands and media agencies (e.g., GroupM, OMD, Mindshare, Ogilvy).
  • Passionate about being in the field, engaging with clients and agency partners to deliver tailored digital solutions.
