About the Role
Rukita is looking for a leader to own and drive the physical brand presence across all Rukita properties. This role is responsible for ensuring that every property that becomes Rukita is immediately recognizable through strong, consistent, and high-quality offline branding implementation including : signage, logo placement, wayfinding, and all physical brand touchpoints. This role focuses on hands-on execution, site supervision, vendor control, and standardization of branding implementation across multi-site properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop Branding Implementation Standards for all Rukita properties, in close collaboration with Interior Designer and Creative team, ensuring brand intent is translated into practical, high-quality on-site execution
- Define positioning, size, material, and visibility standards for signage, logo items, and wayfinding
- Plan and prepare branding requirements for every new property (opening phase)
- Ensure all signage and branding materials are produced, delivered, and installed before property go-live
- Manage end-to-end procurement and vendor coordination for signage and branding materials to ensure signage readily available
- Determine appropriate materials, finishing, durability, and production quality for all branding items
- Conduct site visits to supervise installation and ensure quality and positioning meet brand standards
- Perform routine audits on existing properties to maintain brand consistency
- Coordinate with Design, Opening, Operation and Project teams to ensure branding is aligned with property layout and operation needs
- Ensure strong brand visibility and positioning through physical presence in every property
- Develop checklists, SOPs, and QC standards for branding implementation across different property types
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in signage & wayfinding, interior fit-out, or brand implementation in property (offline). Experience in retail rollout, store development, and visual merchandising can also be considered.
- Proven experience handling multi-site implementation (e.g. hospitality, property operator, retail chain, F&B chain)
- Strong understanding of signage materials, production process, and installation quality control
- Experience managing signage/branding vendors and production timelines
- Comfortable to be highly mobile and conduct frequent site supervision
- Strong attention to detail and standardization mindset
- Able to translate brand design into practical on-site implementation
- Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Design, or related field is highly preferred
