Conduct legal research and ensure all company activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Safeguard and enhance the company's brand and corporate reputation.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and other documents related to the company's business operations.
Assess legal risks associated with business activities and provide accurate legal advice to management and internal functions, including reviewing company policies and procedures.
Prepare corporate legal documents, including Power of Attorney, Deeds of the Company, and related documentation.
Oversee the implementation of the company's compliance programs, including Gift and Hospitality mechanismsensuring proper recording, safekeeping, management, and reporting processes.
Maintain strong relationships with the company's stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field.
Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
Proven experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
