What You Will Experience:
- Support the Division Head in leading the development and implementation of the FSC and Social Compliance framework across the company.
- Coordinate the implementation of FSC and Social Compliance initiatives across all operational areas.
- Enhance team capacity related to FSC and Social Compliance.
- Monitor implementation progress and prepare regular progress reports on FSC .
- Coordinate with all relevant departments regarding Social Compliance implementation.
- Guide and mentor the team in developing strategies to build trust, resolve conflicts, and establish partnerships with local communities, government and FSC representatives.
What is Required:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Forestry, Sociology, Anthropology, Law, Economics, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in forest certification services, the forestry sector, community development, or community partnership programs.
- Strong understanding of FSC audit processes.
- Willing to travel for business purposes.
- Willing to be based in Serpong
