Your Impact
- Monitor and elevate the performance of regional accounting teams and thirdparty providers
- Drive harmonization of accounting processes and enhance stakeholder experience
- Identify and implement process improvements, digital opportunities, and automation initiatives
- Partner closely with R2R, Design & Deploy, and market finance teams across the region
- Lead the resolution of audit and management reporting issues with a problemsolving mindset
- Support digital enablement, capability building, and knowledge management efforts
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or a related finance role
- Background in process improvement, transformation, or standardization preferred
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural or global teams
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence, challenge, and drive outcomes
