Review landscape designs and elements to ensure they meet the Company's aesthetic, functional, and sustainability standards.
Review cost estimates and prepare project budgets, including material, operational, and other expenses.
Monitor budget usage periodically throughout the construction phases.
Coordinate with the Estate Landscape team to implement the agreed design.
Review project feasibility reports based on economic, social, and environmental analysis, and manage budget spending for planning and design activities.
Job Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architect
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position (especially in property developer)
