Job Descriptions:
• Develop and execute strategic plans and business plans contract for assigned modern
trade accounts.
• Achieve sales, volume, market share, and profitability targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail chains.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements.
• Manage trade spend budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
• Drive product listings, distribution expansion, and in-store execution excellence.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions, and marketing initiatives with internal
teams.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure product availability by collaborating with supply chain and operations teams.
• Prepare business reviews, performance reports, and present account strategies to
direct management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Have experience 1-2 years in Beauty Care/Perfume Industry as Key Account (Modern
Trade)
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving profitability targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience handling pricing, contracts, and trade terms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and manage trade spend
effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) with strong
communication and presentation skills.
