We are looking for a strategic Senior Key Account Manager. In this role, you will manage and grow key client relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service and solutions in the e-commerce distribution and enablement space. Your goal will be to maximize client satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue. You will also play a critical role in helping brands achieve their revenue targets, and act as a consultant for their e-commerce strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow key client accounts as their main point of contact.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic e-commerce and marketplace execution.
- Handle major marketplaces platform.
- Own commercial performance including P&L, inventory, and finance claims.
- Lead and manage team members to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Advise clients on improving e-commerce UX (content, layout, product images).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strong client results.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive movements.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of e-commerce experience, especially in marketplaces or enablers (brand/mall).
- Proven experience leading a team to deliver business results.
- Strong account management and client relationship skills.
- Solid understanding of marketplace differences and key commercial levers.
- Data-driven, problem-solving mindset with high adaptability.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholders and commercial performance.
