Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing E-Commerce accounts or online business.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales or GMV targets.
• Experience in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG brands is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall business performance and growth targets across e-commerce marketplaces.
• Plan and execute campaign and promotional strategies to achieve sales objectives. - Collaborate with cross-function teams for smooth execution.
• Build strong relationships with marketplace partners to secure visibility and campaign support.
• Analyze performance data and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Guide the team to ensure accurate, timely, and impactful execution.
