Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Java 17/21.
• Build reactive and scalable services using Spring Boot/WebFlux or Micronaut.
• Implement and optimize database operations with JPA/Hibernate and MongoDB.
• Develop and maintain event-driven architectures with Kafka or NATS.
• Integrate and manage in-memory data stores such as Redis for caching and session management.
• Implement API design and documentation using OpenAPI standards.
• Ensure application security with JWT, HMAC, and RSA signing methods.
• Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 45 years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Java 17/21, Spring Boot/WebFlux or Micronaut.
• Solid knowledge of JPA/Hibernate, Netty, Kafka/NATS, and Redis.
• Experience with MongoDB, OpenAPI, JWT/HMAC/RSA signing, and Docker.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Full WFO, placement in South Jakarta, contract for 3 months & extendable
