Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior IT Specialist based in Palembang. The Senior IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company&aposs IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing technical support to employees. The role includes overseeing network management, database administration, and software installation. Additionally, the Senior IT Specialist will lead IT projects, mentor junior IT staff, and stay updated on the latest technology trends to improve IT operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management, including networking, servers, and databases
• Experience in system security and troubleshooting technical issues
• Proficiency in software installation and configuration
• Ability to lead IT projects and mentor junior IT staff
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
