Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Senior IT Manager will be expected to work standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend and evening work as needed.
Job Description:
The Senior IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of
the company's IT infrastructure, hardware and network, including website, mobile apps, and server. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT website security and experience in leading a team. Retail industry experience is a big plus, as our client is also looking to invest and grow their online presence to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Served as Project Manager, overseeing the on-time delivery of initiatives, including collaborations with external vendors
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of our systems.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our website, mobile apps, and server to protect against potential threats.
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technological solutions to improve business processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our company remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on security and team leadership.
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce website development and server security protocols is a must.
- Experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
