- Proficient in VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Director, with hands-on experience in deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing virtualization environments.

- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT operations experience, with expertise in M365, VMware vSphere/Cloud Director, and Windows Server services (DHCP/DNS/WSUS/WDS).

- Hands-on experience with Ruijie Wireless, Huawei Switches, and Fortigate firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- PowerShell,
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and process optimization.
- (Preferred)
- ITILVMware VCP(MCSE)
- ITIL certification, VMware VCP, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE) are preferred.
