(Key Responsibilities)

1. M365 (M365 Operations and Support)

• Manage daily operations, configuration optimization, and user support for Microsoft 365 environments, including components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.

• Proficient in VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Director, with hands-on experience in deploying, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing virtualization environments.

• Hands-on experience with Ruijie Wireless, Huawei Switches, and Fortigate firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
• PowerShell
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and process optimization.

• Azure/AWS
