The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior ICT Systems Engineer to ensure the performance, security, and availability of Beca's ICT infrastructure and systems. This role offers the opportunity to apply advanced technical expertise in Microsoft M365, Azure, and on-premises platforms within a professional services setting.
You'll troubleshoot complex issues, support disaster recovery planning, and contribute to strategic initiatives driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Beca's core ICT infrastructure (Microsoft M365 tenancy setup, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Dataverse, EntraID)
- Provide expert support for on-premises technologies including Windows Server, Linux, and Virtualization
- Troubleshoot complex system issues; ensure high levels of system performance and security
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Collaborate with internal teams across Asia-Pacific to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and drive improvements in infrastructure performance
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage client expectations
- Uphold Beca's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and health & safety practices
About You
You are an experienced ICT professional who thrives in dynamic environments. Your strong foundation in systems engineering is complemented by a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification or industry certifications in IT, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering
- Advanced experience in professional services or consulting environments
- Proven expertise across Microsoft platform components (M365 setup & management)
- Strong background in managing on-premises systems: Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting
- Effective communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia advantageous)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Commitment to teamwork and knowledge sharing across local and global teams
