Job Description:

1. Talent Sourcing and Headhunting:

  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates across multiple industries.
  • Build and maintain a network of high-caliber professionals, especially those in hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
  • Use social media platforms, headhunting tools, and market research to uncover talent for current and future business needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

2. Recruitment Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy for assigned roles to ensure that talent needs are met in a timely manner.
  • Advise hiring managers on the best strategies for sourcing and attracting candidates.

3. Candidate Management:

  • Engage and nurture relationships with top-tier candidates, ensuring a high-touch, professional candidate experience.
  • Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
  • Manage communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient interview process.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business objectives.
  • Provide recommendations for talent acquisition strategies, both for immediate and long-term needs.

5. Performance and Metrics:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on headhunting, executive search, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and experience recruiting across multiple functions and industries.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, particularly for passive candidates.
  • Experience using headhunting tools, social media platforms, and job boards for sourcing.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with ATS and HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an agency or executive search firm.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices and market trends.
  • Strong network within the industry and related sectors.
