Job Description:
1. Talent Sourcing and Headhunting:
- Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates across multiple industries.
- Build and maintain a network of high-caliber professionals, especially those in hard-to-fill or specialized roles.
- Use social media platforms, headhunting tools, and market research to uncover talent for current and future business needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment activity records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
2. Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and execute a recruitment strategy for assigned roles to ensure that talent needs are met in a timely manner.
- Advise hiring managers on the best strategies for sourcing and attracting candidates.
3. Candidate Management:
- Engage and nurture relationships with top-tier candidates, ensuring a high-touch, professional candidate experience.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Manage communication between candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient interview process.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business objectives.

5. Performance and Metrics:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on headhunting, executive search, or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and experience recruiting across multiple functions and industries.
- Exceptional sourcing skills, particularly for passive candidates.
- Experience using headhunting tools, social media platforms, and job boards for sourcing.
- Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers at all levels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with ATS and HR systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
